poor food quality limited food choice

the gardens were well kept and beautiful to walk through

the food quality was poor i often struggled to find something decent to eat for both breakfast and dinner the presentation was not acceptable for the hotel the choice was also limited this made the holiday less enjoyable

the pools were acceptable and provided some relief from the heat.

checking in was quite slow , i waited a long time. the room i got was not clean enough. the bathroom's shower only had cold water. i felt pretty disappointed because of these issues.

i recommend the variety of food offered. the main dining room features hemdan, a barista creating excellent cappuccinos. ebraham at the terrace bar provides entertaining service. chef mohamed in the oriental restaurant delivers really good dishes.

The wifi only works properly in the reception area. I had to pay extra for it to work well elsewhere.

the hotel staff were friendly. they sorted out a few issues with the room immediately. rowan in guest relations checked that i had a great stay and she was very helpful.

the app was useless. very poor information on arrival was given to hotel guests. the buffet restaurants were shocking. it was only fine once i found out there were other hidden restaurants, especially the mexican one.
